Generally
Personal data are information which to some extent can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of this data. This happens e.g. by general access of content, if you register to our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as user or subscriber, further use of services or make purchases through the website.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: a unique ID and technical data about your computer, tablet or phone, your IP address, geographical location, and which sites you click on (interests). To the extent you give explicit consent to and type in the information yourself, the following is also processed: Name, phone number, mail, address, and payment details. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or making a purchase.

Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to avoid that your information do not accidentally or illegally get deleted, published, lost, deteriorated, or reach unauthorized knowledge, are abused or moreover processed in violation of the law.

Purpose
The collected data are used to identify you as a user and present the advertisements which most likely will be of your interest, to register your purchases and payments, as well as being able to deliver the services requested by you, such as forwarding a news letter. In addition, we use the collected data to optimize our services and content.

Storage period
The personal data are stored in the time period permitted by the law, and are deleted when they are no longer a necessity. The storage period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storing. Hence it is not possible to give a specific time frame for when data are deleted.

Disclosure of data
Data regarding your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographical location, gender, age, etc. are shared to a third party to the extent these informations are known. You can see which third parties this applies to in the section about “Cookies” above. The data are used to target advertisements.

We use a number of third parties to store and process data. They only process data on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal data such as name and mail etc. will only happen if you give your consent. We only use data processors in EU or from countries which can give your information the sufficient protection.

Insight and complains
You have the right to be informed which of your personal data we process. You can object to the use of information at any time. If you no longer wish to have your information processed, you can always retract your consent. If the data processed about you are wrong, you have the right to get them corrected or deleted.
